Traveling with pets has changed significantly over the years. It’s much more common to see pets in the main cabin of airplanes than ever. Delta airlines recently announced that it will be changing its policy regarding transporting animals on its flights starting next year. The move is said by Delta to help better care for pets during the transportation process. Fur parents can still bring qualifying animals onto flights in the main cabin. The changes to the Delta policy applies to checking dogs, cats and other pets as baggage during its flights. We hope the new policy helps make air travel safer for animals of all kinds!
