The new year kicks off with new features here at Kuddly and we’re stoked. It’s as if a rainbow exploded with an array of new features for you pet loving parents out there to help keep care of your scaly, feathery, and furry ones.

New Feature #1 – Kuddly Credits
Want to save more on Kuddly? Buy in bulk. That’s right Kuddly will now allow you to purchase bulk credits that you can store in your “basket” at a reduced cost. When you’re ready they’ll be there enabling you to connect with a vet more efficiently, every time.
New Feature # 2 – Follow-Up Conversations
If you use our mail feature then you’ll be excited to know that pet owners can now send a free follow-up question. You heard that right! If you want to follow-up with a vet or send in another question, you can, completely free. Just make sure that you wait to rate and review the vet, which seals the conversation.
If a few days pass by after your free question and you want to talk to the same vet again, you can, for a third time within 7 days for just half the price.
New Feature #3 – Vets can attach materials to their reply to pet owners
In previous versions of Kuddly, vets could reply and include links to web articles, but now vets will also be able to attach their own videos, images, and even resources created by veterinarians on Kuddly to help keep you educated and aware! You’ll now learn more about your pet than you ever expected and help to keep them healthier with resources created by veterinarians for pet owners.
